  1. Day 1 Delhi to Kasol/Bhuntar

    Catch Volvo from Delhi (Majnu ka tila or RK Ashram marg), and overnight journey to Kasol/Bhuntar from Delhi.

  2. Day 2 Bhuntar/Kasol – Barshaini – Kheerganga

    Meet and greet by our representative at Bhuntar and proceed to Barshaini. The taxi will drop you at Barshaini and from there you will start your trek to Kheerganga (13 KM Trek). It will take around 5-6 hours to reach in the top of the hill, so please leave early from Kasol. On the way please have a break at Rudranag and then continue the trek to Kheerganga. Trek by the sides of Parvati River. The sound of the river and the jungle will make you mind boggling. In the evening arrive Kheerganga. Help your guide to set up the tents. Enjoy the evening with some bonfire. Have your delicious dinner and overnight stay.

  3. Day 3 Kheerganga – Barshaini – Bhuntar/Kasol

    In the early morning proceed to Parvati kund to have a bath in the natural hot water pool, it will you refresh more than anything. After that return back, have your breakfast and walk down back to Barshaini. It will take around 3-4 hours to reach Barshaini. After reaching Barshaini, take the taxi and proceed to Bhuntar. On the way stop at Kasol. Spend some time there and then continue your drive to Bhuntar. In time drop at Kasol/Bhuntar Bus stand and catch your Volvo to Delhi.

How to Reach

By Air :-
Jolly Grant Airport is the airport serving Dehradun, located about 25 km from the city. There is a daily flight from Delhi to Dehradun

By Train :-
Take the overnight train to Dehradun from Delhi

  • Nandadevi Express – Train no: 12205 (Departure 11:50pm; Arrival – 5:40am)
  • Dehradun Express – Train no: 12687 (Departure – 9:10pm; Arrival – 5:00am)

By Bus:-
There is regular bus service from Delhi to Dehradun, from Delhi’s ISBT Kashmere Gate.
We would suggest you to take only government buses from ISBT Kashmere Gate. Private buses ply from outside ISBT and they are not trust worthiness.
Usually buses drop you at Dehradun ISBT. From there you have to come to Dehradun Railway Station

  • TTH’s Tata Sumo or similar vehicles will pick-up you from Dehradun Railway Station at 6:00am.
  • Pick-up is included in the cost of the trek
  • You will reach Sankri by 5:00 pm
  • Food from dehradun to Sankri is not included in the trek cost
